بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَقُولُ أَأَنتُمْ أَضْلَلْتُمْ عِبَادِي هَـٰؤُلَاءِ
أَمْ هُمْ ضَلُّوا السَّبِيلَ
أَمْ هُمْ ضَلُّوا السَّبِيلَ
[25.17] And (remember) on the Day (when) Allah gathers them with all that they worship other than Allah, then Allah will say (to the worship): "Was it you who misled My worshipers, or did they themselves go astray?".
[25.17] Dan (ingatlah) suatu hari (ketika) Allah menghimpunkan mereka beserta apa yang mereka sembah selain Allah, lalu Allah berkata (kepada yang disembah): "Apakah kamu yang menyesatkan hamba-hamba-Ku itu, atau mereka sendirikah yang sesat dari jalan (yang benar)?".
[25.18] They (who worship it) will answer: "Exaltations to You, we should not have taken others for a guardian, but You gave them and their fathers enjoyment until they forgot Your Remembrance and they were a destroyed nation".
قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ مَا كَانَ يَنبَغِي لَنَا أَن نَّتَّخِذَ مِن دُونِكَ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ وَلَـٰكِن مَّتَّعْتَهُمْ
وَآبَاءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ نَسُوا الذِّكْرَ وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا بُورًا
وَآبَاءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ نَسُوا الذِّكْرَ وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا بُورًا
[25.18] They (who worship it) will answer: "Exaltations to You, we should not have taken others for a guardian, but You gave them and their fathers enjoyment until they forgot Your Remembrance and they were a destroyed nation".
[25.18] Mereka (yang disembah itu) menjawab: "Maha Suci Engkau, tidaklah patut bagi kami mengambil selain engkau (untuk jadi) pelindung, akan tetapi Engkau telah memberi mereka dan bapak-bapak mereka kenikmatan hidup, sampai mereka lupa mengingati (Engkau); dan mereka adalah kaum yang binasa".
